Returns ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------Returning Merchandise Items can be returned within 30 days and must we unworn, in complete bundle and contain all original packaging. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us at returns@apparelshowroom.com or call 1-800-243-4131 within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Please write down the RMA number outside the box and mail together with a copy of your invoice.

Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returns without authorization number. Return authorizations obtained after the 3-day policy will also be charged a restocking fee.
Discounts and Promotions
The refund value of items returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount.
Other restrictions may apply.
Final Sale
All items on SALE and Package Deals are final. Final sale and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at 1-800-243-4131 and we will issue you a return label.
Returns exceeding $300 will be charged the shipping cost incurred to send the merchandise to the customer. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds/Store Credit Please allow us 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not allow exchanges. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
EXTENDED RETURNS POLICY
All purchases made from November 22nd until December 24th, 2010 qualify for our Extended Returns Policy.
Items can be returned until January 31st, 2011. Simply call
1-800-243-4131 or email returns@apparelshowroom.com for Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) no later than January 17th, 2011.
Please
note that you are responsible for shipping the items back to us. We
will not accept responsibility for the items until it has been delivered
to us. We do not credit back shipping charges unless the items are
faulty or damaged.
Policy Exceptions: 1. Purchases made before November 22nd or after December 24th, 2010 2. All Sale and Package Deal items. 3. Items that have been worn, damaged or abused.
