Returning Merchandise
Items can be returned within 30 days and must be unworn, in complete bundle and contain all original packaging. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. To receive an authorization number, please email us at or call 1-800-243-4131 within 3 days of receipt of goods.
Please write down the RMA number outside the box and mail together with a copy of your invoice.

Discounts and Promotions
The refund value of items returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the discount.
Other restrictions may apply.

Final Sale
All items on SALE, Package Deals and Dollar Deals are final. Sale items, Dollar Deals and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund.

Shipping Charges
All shipping charges will be at customer's cost. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact us at 1-800-243-4131 and we will issue you a return label.

Returns exceeding $300 will be charged the shipping cost incurred to send the merchandise to the customer. The cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds/Store Credit

Please allow us 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We do not allow exchanges. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
